For example, if you invoice a customer for a $100 service and they pay through The Dip App, $95 will be deposited into your account after a credit card payment or $96.50 after an ACH payment. The fee only applies to payments made through The Dip App, not to manual payments received and entered into the pool route management system.

Yes, the free plan includes automated invoicing and payment processing, but only if your pool company or pool service business has been approved to accept payments through The Dip App. Applying for payment processing is quick and easy. Under “Settings” click “Link Banking Info.” You will be taken to a secure payment processor form for application and vetted customer security.
